Front of House / Concierge ‘On-Call’
Duties include
(but not limited to):
- Meet & Greet
- Check in’s and check outs
- Handling phone calls/emails
- Security/Surveillance support
- Lost property
- Access card/key support
- Facilities maintenance support
- Compiling reports with stats
- Left luggage support
- On-site marketing support
- Parking assistance
- Concierge requests such as restaurant reservations & taxi bookings
- Coordinating deliveries & couriers
- Overseeing the smooth operation of shared facilities (gym, pool, meeting/conference rooms)
- Assisting with unforeseen building issues (power outages, lift failures, lockouts, road works outside the building)
- Co-ordinating with contractors
- Housekeeping support: cleaners/gardeners/handy men
